Computers on campus, ACAD email, and mosaic all use the same account (called the network access account). For ACAD email the username is email@example.com, for Mosaic and computers on campus just use firstname.lastname (no @acad.ca).
If you've forgotten your password, go to mail.acad.ca, and use the "Can't access your account?" link. In order to use this feature you will need to have entered secruity questions and/or added a back-up email address or cell phone (the ACAD email system would have prompted you to set this up on the initial logon). If you are unable to use this feature because no security questions or back-up email/phone are setup on your account you will need to visit the helpdesk (Room 436) with your student ID card to reset your password. Once you have a working password if you would like to setup the security questions you can do so by visiting the Self Service Password Reset Setup.
